PreNODs.com or any related or unrelated party cannot and is not providing legal advice, especially state by state. We recommend that Purchaser seek legal counsel and get their attorneys to provide legal opinions on the compliance of any product utilizing purchased data. It is our policy to require any purchaser of data to indemnify and hold harmless PreNODs.com, and any related and unrelated party from any and all consequences arising from the incorrect, negligent or illegal use of data.

Indemnification: I/We (Purchaser) understand, agree and accept that Purchaser will indemnify and hold harmless PreNODs.com, and their parent, sister, and affiliate companies/corporations, their officers, employees, independent Contractors and agents, (collectively, PreNODs.com) from all claims, demands, fines, penalties, suits, or actions and from any and all related losses, costs and expenses for any claims against, or losses or liability of PreNODs.com for any cause, arising out of or resulting from the default in performance, or in the negligent performance of Purchaser’s or Purchaser’s clients’ use of data, especially private, non-public, and/or credit-scored data, including, but not limited to, compliance with all federal and state rules and regulations governing the use, distribution and/or maintenance of said data. Such rules and regulations include, but are not limited to, FCRA, FACTA, and GLB. Furthermore, Purchaser will not resell any data whatsoever as such a sale would constitute a violation of Federal Law. Purchaser is buying said data for the sole use of the individual or corporation named herein and not for commercial use.

Disclaimer of Warranty: Purchaser will acquire no rights in the Information other than the right to use the Information, as available, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein. PreNODs.com DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THE CORRECTNESS, COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION. Neither PreNODs.com nor any of its directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, licensors, affiliated companies or unrelated parties will be liable to Purchaser for any loss of any kind, nature or description arising out of or in any manner connected with Purchaser’s use of Information.

Refund Policy: Purchaser has 3 days to rescind their decision to purchase Information from PreNODs.com. All orders taken will be processed on the 4th business day following the receipt of an order. All sales are final; once orders are processed, no refunds will be issued. Please refer to Disclaimer of Warranty above.

Delivery of Information: PreNODs.com aggregates orders for a period of up to 30 days in order to insure that the Information provided to Purchaser is the most current Information available. At a minimum, orders are fulfilled one time per month. Orders received after the 4th day of a given month will be fulfilled at a minimum by the 10th day of the following month. Should the aggregate of orders processed by PreNODs.com exceed their minimum threshold to buy, orders processed by the 20th of a given month will be fulfilled by the 26th day of a given month.
